Plant Fitter – Swindon (Ongoing Role)

What We Offer
Competitive salary of £673 – £769 per week (equivalent to £30,000 – £35,000 per annum, based on 40 hours)
Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4pm (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and service diesel engines and related components
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electronic faults using diagnostic tools
Dismantle, repair, and accurately fit engine components
Replace faulty parts ensuring correct installation
Document all maintenance and repair work clearly
Comply with all health and safety regulations and report unsafe conditions
Skills & Qualifications
Strong technical knowledge of diesel engine systems
Proficient with specialised tools and equipment
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Effective team player with clear communication skills
