As a Sous Chef focused on high-volume retail catering, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional food and service across fast-paced outlets and large-scale events. If you thrive in lively environments and love managing the turnaround of 400+ lunches daily, this is the perfect role for you.

What We Offer:
Competitive salary of £32,000–£35,000 per year (£615–£673 per week based on 40 hours), with potential overtime opportunities

Key Requirements and Responsibilities:
Proven operational experience in high-volume retail catering environments
Hold a Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate with strong knowledge of HACCP and COSHH
Prepare and present high-quality food in accordance with company standards
Manage stock levels efficiently to minimise waste
Conduct daily food safety checks and ensure allergen compliance
Collaborate closely with kitchen and store teams to maintain smooth service
