Aligra Swindon
Our client in Cheltenham is looking for Refuse Loaders. This opportunity is currently an ongoing assignment, there will be permanent opportunities for workers that prove themselves to be reliable and have a good work ethic.
The role will be starting immediately.
Duties:
- Collect refuse and recycling along a designated route
- Be Professional and always act professional whilst collecting refuse and recycling
- Assist alongside collection vehicle, hauling, lifting, and loading items.
- Follow all health and safety precautions
Requirements:
- You will be working in all weather conditions and getting in and out of a vehicle to collect refuse. You will require to be physically fit as you will be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Safety shoes and Hi Vis are required for all temporary workers with no set uniform required. Protective overalls are provided.
Pay:
- £13.26 per hour
This role offers temp to perm opportunities, working a Monday to Friday weekly. You will have a consistent start time of 07:00 daily and will work until job is finished. This could be from 13:00-15:00 daily. You will be responsible for collecting refuse and recycling on a set round with a team of loaders (including a driver). You must be prepared to be on your feet consistently jumping in and out of a refuse lorry throughout the day.
