Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships; chair monthly review meetings.
• Manage demand planning with seasonality, production constraints, and forecasts in mind.
• Oversee inventory and operations planning to optimise stock levels.
• Drive continuous improvement in supply chain and logistics processes.
• Monitor supplier performance, ensuring contract compliance and delivery targets.
• Manage sea-freight logistics and long lead times effectively.

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent organisation and time management skills with a proactive approach.
• Advanced IT skills, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong numeracy and great attention to detail.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Background in supply chain or logistics, ideally with sea-freight exposure.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
