Key responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Class 2 HGV refuse vehicle in line with all regulations
- Collect plastics, cardboard, glass, and household waste efficiently
- Assist loaders to ensure daily collection targets are met
- Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and basic maintenance
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
- Deliver excellent customer service as a representative of the company
Candidate requirements:
- Valid Class 2 HGV licence with a clean driving record
- Available Monday to Friday, typically 07:00 – 15:30
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Positive attitude and strong team player
- Previous refuse collection experience preferred
