What you’ll be doing
- Processing transport and operational paperwork efficiently
- Using an in-house software programme.
- Data driving with basic fact finding skills
- Face to Face interaction with customers who may call to site to collect parcels.
- Producing and maintaining reports using Excel and internal systems
- Managing Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation and resolving queries
- Liaising with drivers, warehouse teams and customers to ensure smooth deliveries
- Supporting the transport planning team with administration tasks
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in transport, logistics or supply chain administration is preferred.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and ability to work well under pressure
- Coaching and Development is available for the correct candidate.
