Key Duties & Requirements
- Fabricate medium to heavy mild steel structures from drawings
- Regular use of MIG welding; TIG welding experience is beneficial but not essential
- Operate traditional (non-computerised) machinery confidently
- Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings
- Experience with shearing, pressing, rolling, marking out, and assembly
- Forklift experience advantageous (training available)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Fabricator Welder
- Coded welding certificate preferred but not essential
