Are you looking for a Monday to Friday role with set hours and a supportive team environment? Our client, a leading logistics company based near Bicester, is searching for a reliable Office Support Administrator to join their busy office team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your administration skills in a fast-paced operation. With immediate starts available and a clear path for progression, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Working Hours & Salary

  • Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 6:30pm
  • £12.21 per hour, approx. £488 per week (paid weekly)
  • Pay rise scheduled for April

What You Will Be Doing

  • Answering and managing inbound calls professionally
  • Liaising with the Warehouse Management team to provide or chase information
  • Greeting visitors at the front gate and controlling site access
  • Responding to emails and handling basic office administration
  • Supporting other general office duties as required

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in a front office or administrative role
  • Strong communication skills and confidence answering phones
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Outlook and email systems
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy environment
