Your key responsibilities will include:
- Safely driving an HGV Class 2 vehicle on multi-drop routes primarily delivering bread
- Managing 15-20 drop-offs per shift efficiently and reliably
- Checking and securing loads to ensure goods arrive in perfect condition
- Maintaining accurate paperwork and delivery logs
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Communicating effectively with the operations team and customers
What we’re looking for:
- Proven HGV Class 2 driving experience, ideally with multi-drop delivery background
- Must be reliable and flexible, with no restrictions on your work availability
- Ability to work early morning start times (between 1 am and 5 am) on a rolling shift pattern
- Good navigation and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
