Are you organised, proactive, and ready to support a busy operations team? Our client is looking for a Part-Time Administration Assistant to help manage key office and depot tasks. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth service delivery and supporting colleagues across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer enquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or face-to-face
- Run system reports, prepare billing information, and reconcile expenses
- Maintain accurate data for waste reporting and service delivery
- Support HR and operational meetings with note-taking and administrative tasks
- Assist with purchase orders and record keeping to support multiple Ubico sites
What We’re Looking For:
- Business administration qualification or relevant experience
- Strong IT skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive approach with strong organisational skills
- Flexibility to work additional hours or at other locations as required
