Are you an experienced Reach Truck Driver looking for a varied and fast-paced role in Coventry? Join a leading logistics company dedicated to safety, employee wellbeing, and career development.
You’ll work a rotational shift pattern of 5 days out of 7, alternating between two weeks of early shifts (6am–2:30pm) and two weeks of late shifts (2:30pm–11pm), offering excellent work-life balance and variety.

Key responsibilities and requirements:
- Safely operate reach trucks to move, load, and unload goods
- Accurately stack and organise stock in designated areas
- Conduct daily equipment checks and report issues promptly
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Assist with stock counts and use warehouse management systems
- Valid reach truck licence with proven experience
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail, good communication, and a proactive attitude
- Confident to work rotational shifts as described
