Key responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule all inbound trailers to ensure timely processing
- Manage records of damages and on-hold stock, including reboxing when needed
- Handle calls and emails from internal and external customers, meeting SLA targets
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly reports for management and operations
- Organise paperwork for outbound shipments and maintain weekly production files
- Liaise effectively with departments to resolve issues and optimise workflow
- Undertake additional admin duties as required, demonstrating flexibility

- Strong office administration skills with excellent Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel
- Confident use of pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
