What you’ll be doing:
Safely operate an HGV Class 1 vehicle on local and regional routes
Load and unload goods using hand balling techniques
Perform daily vehicle checks and report maintenance issues
Adhere to all health and safety and driving regulations
Communicate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth deliveries
Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork
Requirements:
Minimum 12 months’ HGV Class 1 driving experience, with at least 3 months recent driving
Valid Class 1 licence with CPC and digital tachograph card
Good physical fitness for hand balling duties
Strong knowledge of UK road safety and HGV regulations
Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to shifts
Based in or near Leicester
