Job Description
Our client in Newport is looking for a Counterbalance or Reach Truck Driver to join their team on a 07:00-19:00 shift working Monday to Thursday OR Wednesday to Saturday. For the right candidates, conversion FLT training will be given.
This position is an on-ongoing assignment, with permanent opportunities on offer to the workers that prove themselves to be reliable and have a good work ethic.
Job Description
- Various warehouse department roles available, including pick & pack, unload, label, store etc
- Utilising a Counterbalance or Reach Truck to move automotive parts around the warehouse
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and housekeeping are maintained
- Ensure Health & Safety requirements are met, monitored and maintained
- Provide help and assistance to other departments as and when required
Skills & Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication / understanding / attention to detail
- Roles may include some heavy lifting
- In date Counterbalance and/or Reach FLT Licence, and a minimum of a year’s experience
- Ability to work in a team
Shifts
- 07:00-19:00 Monday to Thursday or Wednesday to Saturday
- Starting rate £12.50 per hour dependent on experience
