What you’ll be doing:
- Providing excellent customer service by welcoming guests and answering queries promptly and politely
- Managing crowd flow effectively to ensure safety and compliance with venue policies
- Monitoring entrances and exits to control access and prevent overcrowding
- Assisting with emergency procedures and ensuring visitors follow health and safety guidelines
- Reporting any incidents to the appropriate teams promptly
- Collaborating with other stewards and security personnel to deliver a seamless event experience
What we’re looking for:
- Availability 21st and 25th June, 7hr shifts
- Availability 23rd and 27th June, 10 hr shifts
- Friendly, approachable attitude with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to remain calm and confident in busy or challenging situations
- Experience in customer service, crowd management or stewarding is desirable but not essential – full training given
- Good communication skills and a keen eye for detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days at the Bristol Cricket Ground (Bristol location)

Pay is £89–£128 per shift, with 7-hour shifts on 21 and 25 June and 10-hour shifts on 23 and 27 June. This is an event-based, flexible shift role recruited by Aligra on behalf of our client.
