**Paint Sprayer – Production Operative | Calne

Our client, based in Calne, is recruiting a dedicated Paint Sprayer / Production Operative to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in assembling components accurately and is eager to develop new skills operating workshop machinery.
As part of the production team, you’ll primarily work in the powder coating section, playing a vital role in maintaining high-quality standards and meeting production targets. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career, with future training provided on press brakes, guillotines, rolls, and bandsaws.

Key responsibilities:
- Operatively apply powder coating to components with precision and care
- Assemble production parts accurately and efficiently following detailed specifications
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth production flow and meet daily deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace while adhering to health and safety standards at all times
- Future machinery operation including press brakes, guillotines, rolls, and bandsaws, following training and competency checks
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in paint spraying, powder coating, or production assembly roles is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in workshop machinery operation
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively
- Commitment to health and safety compliance on site
