Shift:
- Monday to Friday
- 37.5 hours per week
- 14:00pm to 22:00pm
Pay:
- £14.90 per hour (£29,000 per annum)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead, motivate, and support a small production team to meet daily targets and maintain workflow.
- Oversee the accurate weighing, mixing, and preparation of ingredients.
- Carry out and monitor quality checks to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Manage label printing and ensure correct stock rotation of packaging and labels.
- Maintain accurate records for production, quality, and technical processes.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and allergen control standards throughout the facility.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the training and development of team members.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a food production setting is essential
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role
- A solid understanding of food health & safety, hygiene standards, and allergen control
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive and hands-on approach
