HGV Class 1 Driver

Looking for a change of pace this year before the Holiday season?

We’re looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers to work out of Newbury, offering flexible opportunities for tramping, trunking, and shunting.

You’ll be assigned a brand new 24-plate lorry, fully equipped with modern facilities including a microwave, fridge, and bed – no cab hopping! The company also covers service station stays to ensure your safety and comfort.

Newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply. After a successful temp-to-perm period, the company will cover the costs of your Tacho and CPC renewal!

This opportunity could be particularly suitable for drivers who have previous experience with companies such as Tesco, Reynolds Catering or other similar logistics and distribution organisations.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime Available Saturdays

Pay:

• Between £680 to £1020 per week

Requirements:

• Hold a valid UK Driving Licence, with no more than 6 points
• Have a valid CPC and Tachograph
• Be confident with the EU driving laws and regulations
• Have a good level of written and spoken English
