What We Offer:
£45,000 per year basic (£798 per week) plus uncapped bonus
First two months bonus guarantee of £600
22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
Company pension contribution of 6% (employee contribution 2%)

Your Role:
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 4pm – 11pm
Perform multi-skilled vehicle body repairs including paint, panel, and MET
Deliver high-quality repairs to meet business and customer targets
Provide an effortless, customer-focused service every time
Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers to achieve business goals
Maintain strict health and safety compliance and accurate documentation
Requirements:
Previous experience in multi-skilled vehicle body repair
BS 10125 or minimum NVQ Level 3 in relevant department competence(s)
ATA cosmetic accreditation preferred
Strong technical skills with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
