Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional maintenance quality and service across complex production machinery
- Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM), proactive fault-finding, and reactive breakdown repairs
- Collaborate closely with the wider engineering team to minimize plant downtime and optimize reliability
- Assist with site engineering projects, machinery upgrades, and contribute continuous improvement ideas
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing or production environments (Injection, Blow, or Extrusion Moulding is highly desirable)
- Relevant engineering qualifications (ideally HNC/HND or equivalent time-served status)
- Flexibility to work a rotational shift pattern (including day, back, and night shifts) following initial onboarding
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform well under pressure to minimize plant downtime
