The Role

Become a Factory Approved Trainer Within 12 Months
No previous training experience is required. What matters most is your technical expertise and desire to help others develop. Through a structured 12-month development programme, you will receive coaching and factory accreditation to confidently deliver training across multiple Volkswagen Group brands.

What You’ll Do:
Deliver hands-on and virtual training on the latest vehicle technology.
Develop and update learning content for new model launches.
Attend brand and factory events, including accreditation programmes.
Inspire and develop technicians at all levels.
What You Need:
Relevant technical qualifications (City & Guilds Level 1–3, NVQ or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of vehicle electrics and diagnostics.
Confident communication, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for teaching.
Commitment to a daily commute to Milton Keynes.
Experience with commercial or light commercial vehicles is desirable.
