Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional food quality and service across retail, restaurant, hospitality and kitchen teams
- Support senior chefs in planning and executing catering services, maintaining food safety and health & safety standards
- Collaborate closely with the stores team to meet business demands
- Assist with menu development and contribute creative ideas
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in diverse catering environments from high-volume to fine dining
- Level 3 Food Hygiene certificate plus knowledge of HACCP and COSHH
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Strong communication skills and ability to perform well under pressure
