Aligra Swindon
We are currently looking for a Stock and Admin Operative for our highly respected client based in Swindon to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
Key Duties;
- Review system generated reports on a regular basis to ensure physical and actual stock levels are accurately recorded.
- Follow the daily/weekly PI counting schedule as determined by operational requirements to ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.
- Conduct daily reviews of short stock levels to identify any trends and take appropriate actions to address them, ensuring availability of products is maximized.
- Collaborate with operational management to manage all aspects of inventory control, including stock holding and short-life products, to make informed decisions.
- Monitor available slots for orders to maximize slot utilization and ensure efficient storage of stock.
- Control the stock returned to the depot process and associated procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handle stock-related customer queries and conduct investigations if required, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained.
- Organize and monitor stock building and damage reporting activities to ensure efficient management of stock.
- Produce and check daily reports for all customers ensuring accurate and timely information is provided.
- Support the admin and operation team by conducting investigations and dealing with stock related queries to ensure that the efficient service is provided.
- Help implement continuous improvement and process change within the operation.
Requirements;
- Previous experience of working in stock/inventory role in supply chain operation.
- Overview knowledge of warehouse stock systems and processes.
- Good standard of literacy and numeracy (GCSE pass or equivalent)
- Good communication skills to address any issues and concerns at all levels.
- Good attention to detail and understanding the meaning of data.
- Strong team player and aware of individual impact and contribution to the business.
- Ability to work well with limited supervision.
- Working well under pressure in a fast moving and demanding environment
- MHE license preferred however not essential
Rate Of Pay;
- £11.44 Per Hour
Shifts;
- 06:00 – 14:00 and 11:00 – 19:00 (Rotating Shifts)
