General Operative – Nights
Picture a quiet factory floor at night. The machines hum, the team is focused, and the work you do keeps real electronics moving out of the door on time. That is a night shift in PCB manufacturing near Ashby de la Zouch, and you could be part of it.
You will start on days while you learn the ropes, then move onto a settled night pattern once you are trained. It is hands-on work that suits someone who likes using their hands and seeing a job through.
Have you worked for JCB, Hello Fresh or JCB? Well, this could be the job for you!
What you get
- £12.71 -£15.38 an hour (£100 weekly shift premium)
- Temp to perm, so there is a route to a permanent role
- Full training on days (Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm) before you move to nights
- Cross-training to build new skills in other areas of the site
- A chance to share ideas and help improve how things are done
- Working in a role that supports several departments, so no two days are exactly the same
