Former Vertu Motors divisional fleet sales director Damien Rigby is one of several new appointments to strengthen Kwik Fit’s focus on fleet customer service.
Rigby (pictured)ย has joined Kwik Fit’s team after more than a decade spent managing fleet sales at both Vertu Motors and at Mercedes-Benz UK before that.
Kwik Fit recently opened its new national fleet customer support centre at Strathclyde Business Park near Glasgow. and expanded its fleet leadership team.
Tom Edwards, who joined the company 18 months ago to work on a strategic development project, has been appointed head of corporate fleet, reporting to fleet director Dan Joyce.
Joyce said: โThe new support centre and the expanding leadership team reflect the continued growth of the fleet business within Kwik Fit.ย We are delighted that Tom and Damien have joined the team and we’ll have further appointments as we develop our structure to meet our customer needs in areas including SMR and tailored support for SMEs.โ
Joyce said the investment will help Kwik Fit support fleets as vehicles technologies become to get ven more complex.
