Seez set to expand AI auto retail services to UK in 2024

Dubai-based Seez is looking to expand its omnichannel and artificial intelligence (AI) automotive retail services to the UK next year.

The business is looking to expand in Europe following launches in Denmark and Italy.

Seez is already working with brands like BMW, Toyota and Mercedes-Benz.

Seez offers a modular Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform to help support omnichannel purchase processes for national sales companies and dealers.

Its portfolio includes a digital buying tool, back-end AI and machine learning technology, a CRM and inventory management platform, a Chat GPT interface and AI powered digital marketing platform.

Tarek Kabrit, founder and chief executive at Seez, said: “The automotive retail landscape is changing at an unprecedented rate.

“While many dealers continue to rely on fragmented systems, our AI-led solutions are instead enabling them, and their customers, to benefit from a cohesive digital marketplace.

“Ultimately, we’re committed to supporting more automotive retailers in more territories to succeed in the omnichannel motor retail sector today and in the future.”

Seez has previously raised more than $14.2 million (£11.2m) in investment, was recently named as one of the top 50 start-ups to emerge from within the GCC region.
