Family-owned Vospers has become a MG main dealer serving the Plymouth area.
The brand’s new home will initially be a temporary showroom located near the A38 and Marsh Mills roundabout. A fully branded showroom experience is planned for later in the year.
Noting that MG started 2024 with a 4.7% share of January new car sales and the MG HS model ranking fourth best-selling car, Peter Vosper, Vospers chairman, said: “I am delighted to announce the addition of MG to the Vospers family, soon to be open at our Marsh Mills Motor Park in Plymouth. The ever popular and fast-growing MG brand is an exciting addition to our customer offering, giving customers even more choice from Vospers.”
All existing MG drivers in Plymouth and the surrounding area are being invited to visit the new showroom to meet the new Vospers MG team – some of whom have joined from other local MG dealerships.
The Vosper family has been in the motor business since 1946, offering vehicle servicing, parts, and sales of new and used cars, vans, and pickups, across Devon and Cornwall.
Vospers represents brands, including Abarth, Alfa Romeo, CUPRA, Fiat, Ford, Jeep, Mazda, MG, Peugeot, SEAT, and Vauxhall and has showrooms across the region in Exeter, Torbay, Plymouth, St Austell, and Truro.
