What we’re looking for
- Proven leadership experience within multi-drop B2C delivery operations
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- CPC holder preferred,
- Ability to motivate teams and deliver excellent customer satisfaction
- Experience managing transport compliance and operational KPIs
Your key responsibilities
- Lead the delivery team to meet and exceed performance targets
- Manage daily scheduling and vehicle routing (Paragon system)
- Champion company values and health & safety policies
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal team
The start and finish times will be on a rotational basis
Week 1: 0500-14:30
Week 2: 08:00- Last driver returns
Pay: £13.46 per hour
Competitive weekly pay of £565 per week (based on 42 hours) + overtime opportunities
