Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 | Saturday mornings available for overtime

If so, this could be the perfect role for you! We’re looking for candidates familiar with fast-paced logistics environments who want to develop their career in transport administration.

Join a busy team in Bristol as a proactive Transport Administrator where no two days are the same. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with basic computer skills, a “can-do” attitude, and a willingness to be an all-rounder, from answering phones to managing collection points.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing daily transport schedules and collection point coordination
  • Answering calls and delivering excellent customer service
  • Inputting and updating transport records using computer systems
  • Supporting the team with general administrative duties
  • Liaising with drivers and external partners to ensure smooth operations

What we’re looking for:

  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office and data entry essential)
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly telephone manner
  • Willingness to help with collection point tasks
  • Reliable, organised, able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work Saturday mornings for overtime
