Are you looking for an active, hands-on role with a company committed to keeping Bristol clean and sustainable? We are recruiting Refuse Loaders / Waste Operatives to join a well-established recycling team, collecting waste and recycling from approximately 700 residential properties per day.
If you have previously worked with Bristol City Council, SUEZ, or Biffa, this could be an excellent opportunity to continue building your career in environmental services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect recycling and waste safely and efficiently from residential properties
- Assist with the operation of waste collection vehicles
- Ensure all materials are handled correctly and responsibly
- Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
- Work closely with team members to meet daily collection targets
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with the public
- Report any operational or equipment issues promptly
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous refuse, recycling, or outdoor manual work experience is beneficial but not essential
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to attendance
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
