Our client is seeking enthusiastic bar staff to join their team in Chepstow, a bustling hub famous for the Welsh Grand National and year-round events including concerts and conferences.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Serving drinks with a smile and excellent attention to detail.
• Providing outstanding customer service, making every guest feel like royalty.
• Managing cash, checking IDs, and handling transactions efficiently.
• Keeping the bar area clean, safe, and inviting at all times.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous bar or hospitality experience in fast-paced venues or events.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in busy, energetic environments.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability during high-demand periods.
