Aligra are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join our client, a leading company in the Portishead industry.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new clients, turning opportunities into customers, and driving sales growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a dynamic and successful team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your sales experience and personal target to identify and engage with potential clients.
- Develop and implement successful sales strategies and growth plans.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure sales and revenue targets are met in line with company objectives.
- Support and encourage local activity and KPI reporting to ensure the delivery of targets.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience with a personal target.
- Minimum of one year telesales experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Knowledge of the sales industry would be advantageous.
Working Hours and Salary: This role offers flexible working hours from 8am till 16:00pm or 9am till 17:00pm. The salary for this position is between £24,000 – £36,000 per annum including uncapped commission , depending on experience.
