Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks using various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine welding requirements.
- Prepare materials for welding by cutting, grinding, and polishing.
- Assemble and fit metal components to create finished products.
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks on completed welds to ensure they meet required standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of welding equipment.
- Assist with heavy lifting when required.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator, ideally within the automotive or engineering industry.
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Physically fit and able to carry out heavy lifting tasks.
- Familiarity with gas products and electrical welding equipment.

Salary: £14.50 to £18.00 per hour depending on experience
Hours: 08:00am till 16:30pm, Monday to Friday
