As part of our 2025 expansion, we’re on the lookout for a motivated, results-focused Recruiter to join our Wales team.

The Role

As a Recruiter, you’ll be hands-on — connecting great candidates with the right roles and supporting clients with their hiring needs. It’s fast-moving, people-focused, and gives you the chance to make a real impact every day.

Our Welsh branch is picking up speed and we’re looking for someone who can help build on that momentum. You’ll start with structured development, gain your REC qualifications, and follow a clear path toward promotion and leadership within Aligra.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, both over the phone and face to face, understanding their hiring needs, and creating attractive adverts.
  • Candidate Discovery: Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, screening thorough interviews and assessments.
  • Recruitment Process: Manage the end-to-end temporary and permanent recruitment processes, from advertising to placing candidates in suitable roles. Ensuring compliance throughout.
  • Targets and Reporting: Meet and exceed individual and team targets, maintain accurate records in our recruitment software.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Desirable: Previous experience in recruitment or a similar sales environment.
  • Desirable: Experience recruiting for warehouse and driving roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with job boards and recruitment software is a plus.
