Our client, based in Northampton, is seeking a reliable Driver’s Mate to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contribution to delivering products efficiently makes a real difference. You’ll receive full training on tail lift operation and handling cages, so no prior experience is necessary!

What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting the driver with loading and unloading deliveries, particularly cages of products
- Performing some heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Ensuring products are handled with care during transportation
- Operating tail lifts after training to facilitate smooth deliveries
- Maintaining health and safety standards at all times
- Supporting the delivery process to ensure timely and accurate drop-offs

- A reliable and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to start work at 6 am and commit to Monday to Friday shifts
- Willingness to perform manual handling and heavy lifting tasks
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
