Key responsibilities:
- Set, operate and monitor 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC milling machines to produce precision parts
- Perform detailed CMM inspections to verify component accuracy
- Interpret technical drawings ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Maintain machinery with routine checks to ensure optimum performance
- Collaborate closely with production and quality teams to resolve issues
Requirements:
- Engineering apprenticeship desirable but not essential
- Hold a National Engineering Technical Certificate, NVQ or City & Guilds
- Proven experience with multi-axis CNC milling machines
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
