Manufacturing Operative – Hinckley, Leicestershire
£12.71 per hour | £508 per week (40 hours) | Monday to Thursday, 08:30–16:30

What You’ll Do:
- Insert silicone into cylinders with precision following detailed instructions.
- Pick, pack, wrap and prepare products for shipment ensuring timely delivery.
- Carry out quality assurance checks throughout the process.
- Operate manufacturing machinery safely, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with your team to maintain smooth production flow.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience desirable but not essential.
