What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support the regional civil engineering team
- Design infrastructure for new developments (roads, drainage, SuDS, S278)
- Produce models, drawings, calculations, and reports using CAD and design software
- Manage project delivery, client liaison, budgeting, and admin
- Organise and attend public consultation events and stakeholder meetings
- Prepare and submit designs for third-party approvals
- Collaborate across Aligra offices to deliver excellent customer service
What You’ll Need:
- Experience in infrastructure design (roads, drainage, SuDS, S278)
- Proficiency with CAD, design software, and Microsoft Office
- Strong project management and client-facing skills
- Understanding of CDM Regulations 2015 and site safety (CSCS card)
- Experience mentoring junior engineers
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Willingness to travel to sites and meetings
