Job Overview
Senior Structural Engineer – Midlands

Join a leading civil and structural engineering firm with a reputation for high-quality, innovative solutions across the Midlands. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you’ll work on landmark projects, collaborate with top professionals, and help shape the future of construction.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead structural design from concept to completion
  • Act as the main contact for clients, architects, and contractors
  • Carry out site inspections and resolve issues
  • Prepare technical reports and recommendations
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers

What you’ll need:

  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
  • Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status (ICE/IStructE), or working towards it
  • At least 5 years’ experience in structural engineering
  • Proficient in structural analysis software and CAD (Revit a bonus)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
