We are actively looking for an experienced machine setting operator to join our client in Calne who is a leading company in sheet metal, with sheet metal fabrication, welding and CNC machining.
This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, as well as the ability to work with various materials and tools.
This would ideally suit a candidate who is experienced and passionate about the industry, puts their all into their role and works hard!
You will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that machinery operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Duties:
Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to specifications.
Be responsible for machine setting within the workshop.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Proven experience in machine operation or a similar role is preferred.
Always adhering to site health and safety requirements.
Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance during production runs.
Job Requirements:
A confident manner and positive attitude.
Previous experience machine setting is a must
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Forward thinking.
Eye for detail.
Pay:
Hourly pay: £15.00 – £18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Shifts:
Monday to Thursday – 07:30 to 16:30
Friday – 07:30 to 12:30
