Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cleaning surfaces prior to coating
- Operating powder coating equipment with precision
- Monitoring curing ovens to ensure quality finishes
- Conducting quality checks to meet client specifications
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in powder coating or surface treatment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
