Production Operative – Sheet Metal Fabrication | Calne
Are you looking for a full-time hours position, working across 4 days? Do you like the sound of every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off?
We are actively looking for a Production Operative to be trained on various machinery to join our client in Calne who will look to train you in sheet metal fabrication, milling and various other production roles.
This would ideally suit a candidate who is keen to learn, progress and work hard! Work ethic and reliability is absolutely paramount to this position and we are looking for the right candidate for a long career with the company.
Key Duties:
- To be trained in various machinery, learning how to work in the milling department.
- Ensure all components are accurately checked and approved efficiently according to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Being hands on as you learn and support all areas of the production site.
- Always adhering to site health and safety requirements.
Job Requirements:
- A confident manner and positive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in production is advantageous but not essential
- Forward thinking.
- Eye for detail.
Pay:
- Hourly pay – £15 per hour (paid weekly)
Shifts:
- Monday to Thursday – 10pm to 8am
