Key responsibilities:
- Performing welding tasks (both TIG and MIG) with confidence and precision.
- Operate workshop machinery, including press brakes, guillotines, rolls, and bandsaws.
- Ensure all work is completed on time, to the required standard, and in line with client specifications.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to produce precise welds and fabrications
What we’re looking for:
- Proficient in TIG and MIG welding stainless steel and other metals.
- Experience with sheet metal work.
- Strong understanding of the day-to-day operations of an engineering/ fabrication workshop.
- Demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, teamwork, punctuality, and willingness to work overtime.

TIG and MIG Welder needed for a sheet metal fabrication specialist near Calne. Pay is £15.00–£18.00 per hour (weekly pay), depending on experience, with potential overtime. Monday to Thursday, 07:00–17:30 (3-day weekends) on a long-term contract with a view to going permanent.
