We are looking for motivated Process Operators with longevity, who can work as an integral part of the team, are honest and keen to progress within a company.

What we offer:

- Competitive pay: £13.08 – £20.10 per hour (£523 – £804 per week based on 40 hours)

Your role will include:
- Operating manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality rubber compounds
- Working a rotation of day (6am to 6pm) and night shifts (6pm to 6am)
- Handling milling tasks including set-up, banding, and cutting to specification
- Making on-the-job adjustments to meet production standards
- Opportunity to multi-skill and learn other processes within the plant
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Are reliable and have good timekeeping
- Have manufacturing experience, ideally with long shifts
- Are physically and mentally fit for shift work
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Forklift training is a bonus but not essential (training provided)
