Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up moulds accurately to prepare for concrete production
- Pouring and levelling concrete to ensure high-quality finished products
- Using an abrasive wheel to clean re-usable cast-in components such as steel pins
- Cutting and drilling rubber pads that are fitted into the concrete
- Performing concrete repairs and general finishing duties with attention to detail
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards within the production area
- Working to strict health and safety guidelines at all times
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a construction or manufacturing environment is essential
- Confidence using hand tools and power equipment safely
- Strong understanding of workplace safety and quality standards
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance record
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
