Aligra is recruiting on behalf of our client in Hampshire for a skilled operator to join their busy team working on a recycling and waste management site.

Salary:
- £15.00 per hour (£600 per week)
Shift:
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Full-time, Temp-to-Perm
Key responsibilities:
- Operate 360 excavators safely and efficiently on site.
- Sorting and managing recyclable materials efficiently in the yard.
- Operating and monitoring machinery safely under supervision.
- Loading and unloading vehicles in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Maintaining yard cleanliness and ensuring all waste is handled responsibly.
- Communicating clearly with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Transport materials and remove waste as required.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a 360 excavator operator
- Valid CPCS card or equivalent operator licence is beneficial but not essential
- Strong understanding of health and safety best practices
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
