Pay & Shifts:
- Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
- £27,500 per annum
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting with ground preparation, planting shrubs and trees, turf laying and wildflower creation.
- Supporting fencing and hard landscaping tasks.
- Reading and following detailed site plans for accuracy.
- Adhering to PPE and strict health & safety standards.
- Maintaining company vehicles and reporting incidents promptly.
- Contributing to company environmental objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- Pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Reliability, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
- Experience in landscaping or related roles.
- Ability to work well in a close-knit team.
- Full UK driver’s licence advantageous but not essential.
