Pay & Shifts:
- £16.50 – £17.50 per hour (Up to £45,500 per annum)
- Monday to Friday
- 07:00am – 17:00pm
- 8 hours minimum (Average of 10 hours per day)
Key responsibilities:
- Safely operate HGV Class 2 vehicles on multidrop curtainside deliveries
- Efficiently manage loading and unloading pallets using tail lifts
- Complete 2-3 delivery runs per shift, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Perform daily vehicle checks and report any issues promptly
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate with the transport team
- Strictly adhere to health and safety and driving regulations
What we’re looking for:
- Valid HGV Class 2 licence with Driver CPC
- Proven experience with multidrop curtainside deliveries, pallets, and tail lift operation
- Good knowledge of Reading, Swindon, and Slough areas preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety and customer service
