We’re currently looking for a motivated Machine Production Operative to join our clients busy packaging team based on the outskirts of Thatcham.
You’ll work across bottling, canning, kegging and cask production lines, supporting our aim to deliver outstanding beer quality every day where they have a combined tradition with modern techniques to produce high-quality beers enjoyed across the UK.

What you’ll do:
- Operate bottling, canning, kegging, and cask filling lines independently alongside the Shift Leader.
- Set up, change over, and clear packaging lines efficiently and safely.
- Maintain production logs and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Support line maintenance and report any downtime promptly.
- Uphold high hygiene and health & safety standards in line with SOPs and legislation.
Pay and Shift:
- Starting from £13.90 per hour
- Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in beverage or food production lines preferred.
- Passion for beer quality and ability to taste and provide feedback.
- Forklift licence or willingness to train.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible approach to shift patterns, including some nights.
- Right to work in the UK and clean driving licence.
