Contract Type: Permanent / Full Time
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional training quality and compliance across new starters and existing fleet drivers
- Support operations by conducting driving assessments, monitoring tachograph infringements, and reviewing camera footage
- Collaborate closely with transport teams to deliver driver CPC modules, vehicle familiarisation, and regular Toolbox talks
- Assist with site safety by completing vehicle defect spot-checks and updating training matrices
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with a full UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence, zero points, and minimum 5 years on-the-road driving
- Industry-recognised Driver Assessor qualification/accreditation, valid CPC, and Digicard
- Expert knowledge of driver hours regulations, WTD rules, and tachograph analysis systems
- Strong IT skills (MS Office, PowerPoint) and ability to communicate effectively under pressure
